How to handle when broken heart

Broken heart is painful, missing someone who you love and he or she doesn't care anymore is more painful, let's I share how to handle all those mad, sad and grumpy:

*keep busy, try must keep busy, go out don't stay alone, many things to do like meet friends,jogging on beach and keep smile with people and make new friend,reading a lot,listening music loud,enjoy beach and relax,swimming,surfing,riding,play with kids,many things to do.

*if u would scream or cry, do it!!!lets it bust up!!

*think bad things about her/him, imagine "love is enjoy together not unhappy"

*if possible u can "service by your self" because anyway sex is best medicine, because become crazy, meet new boy friend quick is no solve your broken heart, think about deseas, give time to be alone without relationship 1st

*for sure when you missing her/him but couldn't reach, alway make you want send email/SMS to him/her, so please keep away your phone and Internet

*shopping sometime also best medicine, buy something new for new style, and make your self happy, why not?

*try don't contact her/him anymore, even hard, you have to try this!!!

*go out and enjoy party and dance

*create new hobby, it's difficult to find but try something new

*take some holiday and relax alone

*share to your friend or family can you trust but don't put all feeling on social networking like Facebook

At least try to control your self, feel that hurt and pain feeling, take deep breath, and open eyes and mind, I know it's so deep pain inside heart and crying but just feel it. Until now...I still feel pain sometime but I always believe just need time, go with another man/woman who can deserve you better. And positive thinking always, you deserve love better, I think I have better love than before hehe. Good luck.

Trust me, you will feel better soon, just need little bit time to forget, you deserve better love from someone else.
